Cancellation Policy

OVERVIEW Our Relaxed Hair Care Plan is designed to help you maintain healthy, beautiful relaxed hair with consistent professional care. This plan includes three (3) shampoo, blow-dry, and flat iron services to be used within a four (4) month period from the date of purchase. PLAN DETAILS Includes: 3 Shampoo, Blow-Dry & Flat Iron Services Validity: 4 months from the date of purchase Plan Cost: Displayed at checkout Exclusive to the purchasing client — non-transferable and non-refundable BOOKING & USAGE Appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system (FRESHA) All services under this plan must be used before the 4-month expiry date. Unused services after the expiration date will not be carried over, refunded, or credited. Each visit must be scheduled under the name of the purchasing client only. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Missed or no-show appointments will forfeit one session from the plan. Repeated late cancellations may result in suspension of plan privileges. ADDITIONAL TERMS The plan cannot be shared, transferred, or combined with any other promotions, discounts, or gift cards. The plan covers only the listed services. Additional services (e.g., trims, roller sets or updo styles) may be added at regular salon rates, unless otherwise stated. The salon reserves the right to modify or discontinue the plan with prior notice. DISCLAIMER This plan is intended for clients maintaining relaxed hair. To achieve the best results, clients are encouraged to follow the recommended maintenance schedule and professional home care guidance provided by their stylist.
